The Foundation works to improve livelihood opportunities for rural youth and women through practical, locally relevant skill-development programmes. Training has included tailoring, beauty parlour services, driving, mobile phone repair, basic computer skills, and other vocational activities. The Foundation works with local communities and relevant government departments to identify participants and organise training. These programmes have helped participants acquire employable skills and, in several cases, begin small self-employment activities or improve their existing livelihoods.फाउंडेशन गांव के युवाओं और महिलाओं को रोजगार लायक हुनर सिखाता है — जैसे सिलाई, ब्यूटी पार्लर का काम, गाड़ी चलाना, मोबाइल रिपेयर और कंप्यूटर की बुनियादी जानकारी। सरकारी विभागों और गांव के लोगों के साथ मिलकर प्रशिक्षण के लिए लोगों को चुना जाता है। इस ट्रेनिंग से कई लोगों को नौकरी मिली है या उन्होंने अपना छोटा काम शुरू किया है।

The Foundation promotes women's empowerment by creating opportunities for skills, livelihoods, awareness, and greater participation in community activities. Tailoring and beauty parlour training have been among its key initiatives, enabling rural women to develop income-generating skills close to their homes. The Foundation also encourages women to participate in awareness programmes and local community initiatives. Its approach combines economic independence with greater confidence, awareness, and decision-making capacity.फाउंडेशन महिलाओं को हुनर, रोजगार और जागरूकता के मौके देकर आगे बढ़ने में मदद करता है। सिलाई और ब्यूटी पार्लर की ट्रेनिंग से महिलाएं घर के पास ही कमाई शुरू कर पाती हैं। महिलाओं को गांव की गतिविधियों में भी शामिल किया जाता है, ताकि वे आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनें और खुद फैसले ले सकें।

The Foundation has gradually expanded its social-development work to promote a drug-free society, particularly among young people. It has conducted awareness campaigns highlighting the social, health, and economic consequences of substance abuse, encouraging young people to make healthier life choices. These activities have been undertaken in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Police and through community-level outreach, with a particular focus on reaching rural communities and youth through direct awareness programmes and public campaigns.फाउंडेशन खासकर युवाओं में नशे से दूर रहने के लिए जागरूकता फैलाता है। नशे से सेहत, पैसे और परिवार पर होने वाले नुकसान के बारे में बताया जाता है, ताकि युवा सही रास्ता चुनें। यह काम मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस के साथ मिलकर गांव-गांव जाकर किया जाता है।

The Foundation works to strengthen awareness about women's safety, rights, and access to support systems, particularly in rural and semi-urban communities. It has collaborated with the Madhya Pradesh Police and Seoni District Police to conduct awareness campaigns on personal safety, responsible use of digital platforms, and available institutional support. Community outreach has helped create greater awareness among women, girls, families, and young people, building a culture in which women feel more informed, confident, and secure in their communities.फाउंडेशन महिलाओं को उनकी सुरक्षा, अधिकार और मदद के साधनों की जानकारी देता है। मध्य प्रदेश पुलिस और सिवनी जिला पुलिस के साथ मिलकर सुरक्षा, सोशल मीडिया के सही इस्तेमाल और मदद कहां से मिलेगी — इस पर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम चलाए जाते हैं। मकसद है कि महिलाएं अपने गांव में सुरक्षित और आत्मविश्वास से भरी महसूस करें।

Biodiversity conservation has remained one of the Foundation's core areas since its establishment in 2020. Its activities have included the Anubhuti Programme, plantation drives, environmental awareness, micro-plan preparation, and community-based initiatives with Joint Forest Management Committees. The Foundation has also supported forest fire prevention, minor forest produce management, bamboo regeneration, and awareness about local natural resources — connecting conservation with community participation and sustainable rural livelihoods.2020 से ही जंगल और जैव विविधता बचाना फाउंडेशन के मुख्य काम में शामिल है। इसमें अनुभूति कार्यक्रम, पौधे लगाना, जंगल की आग रोकना, बांस उगाना और वन प्रबंधन समितियों के साथ मिलकर काम करना शामिल है। मकसद है कि जंगल बचाने के काम में गांव के लोग भी शामिल हों और उनकी आजीविका को भी फायदा मिले।
